[Recipe] Salted Caramel Syrup Bacanha in the kitchen

Let's go back to the history of the house. Specialized in the creation and manufacture of organic syrups, the Bacanha label was founded in 2013.
Unique syrups, developed in Paris and made in the Paris region. Simple products, with a short list of ingredients. Each ingredient is sourced with care such as pure organic cane sugar from South America, fruit concentrates and natural flavors.
Bacanha offers taste signatures, with at the heart of each, a unique aroma and flavors. Syrups are less sweet than a classic syrup, they are more concentrated in natural flavors and extracts, which offers unparalleled aromatic power.
Bacanha's mission is to make us feel an emotion through the taste. And for that I found the perfect recipe!

Today I am sharing with you one of my favorite recipes, soft chocolate cookies with a delicate taste of salted caramel. What could be better than the smell of cookies right out of the oven!

The ingredients (for about 6 cookies)
100g sugar
250g of flour
150g dark chocolate pastry
150g of butter (personally I opt for salted butter and it's divine)
1 egg
4 tablespoons of Bacanha Salted Caramel Syrup

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
Take the butter out of the fridge and let it soften. In a bowl add the flour and sugar. Mix then add the chocolate chips.
Cut the softened butter into cubes and add it to the bowl.
Mix again.
Add the egg and finally the salted butter caramel syrup and continue mixing for a few minutes.
Completely cover the baking sheet of the oven with parchment paper. Take small amounts of pasta, roll them into balls.
Place them on the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Bake and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Good tasting :)))
