It's the story of an Alsatian Chef, Daniel Letz, who moved to Denmark and ended up opening a restaurant, Le Saint-Jacques, a simple cuisine specialized in salmon. A few years later, he then created the Letz Shop which is a French grocery store where you can find wine, cheese, salmon as well as the beautiful posters designed by Peter Kjær Andersen, a Danish graphic designer. This designer is none other than the co-founder of Andersen-Andersen, a family brand specializing in the creation of unisex knitwear.
