This feather-light Ilia formula creates the perfect canvas for eyeshadows (powder or cream) and liners. On & On Natural Brightening Eye Primer instantly brightens while intensifying color and giving you a crease-proof finish that lasts. It contains a unique combination of natural mineral pigments brighten the eyes and absorb excess oils to help enrich color and lock shadows in place. Antioxidants such as moisturizing Aloe, and Rose Hip regenerate while Arnica helps to depuff, to decongest and soothe sensitive eyes.
Gently dab a small amount onto your eyelids using the applicator. Blend out using your fingers or a brush and then apply eyeshadow or any pencil liner of your choice.
